This promotion applies to new event/meeting bookings only, that are confirmed between the period commencing from 10 February 2017 to 15 April 2017 inclusive. This promotion does not apply to existing confirmed meetings and events that are confirmed prior to 10 February 2017, and does not apply in conjunction with other meeting/event promotion or offer. A qualifying meeting or event shall mean a meeting/event that has a minimum attendance of 100 people.
The Package price includes Arrival Tea and Coffee, Morning Tea with 1 item, Working Lunch Buffet with Soft Drink and Juice Package, Afternoon Tea with 1 item, complimentary basic internet access (capped), Staging Connections Audio Visual Equipment credit of 20% of your total spend. Packages and pricing are available for smaller groups, however pricing will change. Additional package components available at an additional fee such as a beer and wine package, post event canapés and cocktails etc. Function space and guestrooms are all subject to availability during the promotional period. Hyatt reserves the right to alter or withdraw this promotion at any time without further notice. Offer applies to all eligible bookings, including bookings by travel agents and other qualifying third parties at a commissionable room rate, however the food and beverage package is non-commissionable.
