Collins Kitchen
Featuring open kitchens and five different dining concepts, including Grill, Wok, Sushi, Deli and Patisserie, the priority at Collins Kitchen is offering simple, authentic global cuisine using the finest local and organic produce. Guests will be able to interact with chefs for a dynamic dining experience.
Collins Kitchen is an a la carte restaurant with menus for breakfast, lunch, dinner and all day dining, and includes an extensive wine list from a 2700 premium bottle wine room. With, an abundance of natural light and a variety of dining areas including banquette seating overlooking Russell Street, Collins Kitchen seats 180 guests with two private dining rooms seating 14 and 10 guests, as well as a relaxing lounge area.
Express Lunch sets are now available for quick and easy lunches. Designed for a 45 minute lunch, the sets are priced between $30-38 and showcase the different dining concepts. Collins Kitchen now offers a Sunday Brunch in buffet style showcasing the different concepts of the open kitchen, priced at $60 per person or $70 including a glass of sparkling wine.
