Afternoon tea is a luxurious affair at Collins Kitchen, with a selection of plain and fruit scones served with cream, jams and preserves, presented on traditional tiered platters along with elegant finger sandwiches and topped off with a decadent array of desserts and pastries from the kitchen’s patisserie.


Our truly sumptuous afternoon tea is held every Saturday and Sunday. Indulge with an extended dessert buffet filled with an incredible offering of pastries, cakes and sweets as well as savoury delights including traditional finger sandwiches, sushi, dumplings and our famous deli counter.


Enjoy a long, leisurely Sunday Brunch with the ones closest to you, soaking up the market atmosphere of the open kitchen while sampling some of the best dishes from around the globe.
