Afternoon Tea, Collins Kitchen

Afternoon tea is a luxurious affair at Collins Kitchen, with a selection of plain and fruit scones served with cream, jams and preserves, elegant finger sandwiches presented on traditional tiered platters and a decadent array of desserts and pastries from the kitchen’s patisserie.

 

Monday to Thursday Afternoon Tea is served a la carte, and on a Friday you can enjoy a decadent display of cakes and pastries from the dessert buffet also included.

Saturday and Sunday the offerings become truly sumptuous with the addition of an extended dessert buffet filled with an incredible offering of pastries, cakes and sweets as well as savoury delights including freshly made maki sushi, rice paper rolls and our famous deli sandwich counter.
